Xavier MICHON
Xavier MICHON (France) is the current Deputy Executive Director of the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) which aims at helping the developing countries by providing additional capital through loans and financing. Xavier plays a critical role in providing leadership and shaping the strategic vision and direction of the organization. He previously was the United Nations Development Program officer in many countries in Latin America, Europe and Africa.
